You can visit this Winchell's most any hour. There's always some donuts cooking. We visited Winchells just a few minutes ago. The gentleman in front of us purchased a fine collection of a dozen Halloween doughnuts. They even gave him another 2 donuts added for free. They sure looked tasty We travel across the USA a lot, but have not found anything to beat the donuts, at Winchells Warner & Magnolia Ave., in Fountain Valley, CA.
Quick and reliable. This location is in the corner of a plaza with ample parking and indoor seating. The donuts are always good and consistent.
Awesome location with other places nearby. Prices are nice to get here. Wish they had more flavors & speed of service just solid. Coffee was good to get for decaf.
This was my second time at Winchell's Donuts, and it was great. The service is always pleasant, donuts are always stocked, and the croissants and bagels are fresh! My favorite here is the ham and cheese jalapeño croissant, especially when it's all warmed up.
The best donuts on planet earth. I used to like Dunkin donuts which are located just 2 blocks away but they now injected so much air in their donuts, 1 bite and the air is out then you have nothing but hot air ! lol . Try the pineapple cake it was so delicious unfortunately the Dutch coffee had to be trashed, pl read my review on the coffee, I had to get up n make my own espresso w the French coffee I bought in Paris last year. I'm not a coffee drinker but I enjoy a good cup everywhere in Europe especially Italy, that's nothing more enjoyable than a cup of espresso and a croissant on the terrace overlooking the Rialto bridge in Venice.
I cannot believe this winchells has so many bad reviews!!! I go here all the time and but donuts for my office and the donuts are always so fresh and not greasy. The employees are always very nice and friendly. In addition to donuts, they always have fresh juices, muffins, bagels and breakfast sandwiches. It can get busy and there can be a line, but the workers are always doing their best to assist customers quickly. Definitely one of the better donut stores around.
